As the first female CEO of Adecco Australia, I led one of Australia's largest recruitment organisations through a decade of transformation and growth, increasing profits by 220% in my first year.
I have built teams.
Turned around businesses.
Launched brands.
Led national operations.
Built seven-figure recruitment business.
Developed long-term client partnerships that continue today.
From start-ups hiring their first employee to national organisations building entire divisions, I have seen recruitment from every angle.
